Alitis Private Real Estate LP
The Alitis Private Real Estate Limited Partnership (RELP) is designed to offer investors access to high quality private real estate in one well-diversified Multi-Manager solution. The objective of this portfolio is to generate a moderate level of income and a high level of capital appreciation over the long-term. The Multi-Manager structure enables the RELP to gain exposure to a wide range of real estate types, geographical regions and manager expertise.

Targeting Higher Returns with Less Risk
Like traditional assets, real estate offers a wide range of investing opportunities depending on the investor’s risk return profile. Within private equity real estate, assets are typically classified as core, value-add or opportunistic. Our hypothetical efficient frontier illustrates our target model portfolio that delivers a high level of return, while minimizing volatility.
Subscriptions and Redemptions
The holdings of the Alitis Private Real Estate LP have reduced liquidity and as such, there is a minimum hold period of at least one year before any notice to redeem may be given. Subscriptions and redemptions will take place monthly, on the last Friday of each month. Redemption requests must be received at least 6 months in advance of the month-end in which you wish to redeem. The maximum amount that may be redeemed each month shall not exceed 1/2 of 1% of the NAV of the RELP.
We consider the Alitis Private Real Estate LP to be a medium to higher risk investment, primarily due to the limited liquidity. We do not recommend its use for investment time horizons less than five years.
Our approach to investment management focuses on delivering reliable, risk-adjusted returns by incorporating private real estate as an asset class. Adding real estate to a traditional portfolio of equities and fixed income helps to deliver growth and income with tax-efficiency. The underlying holdings of the Alitis Private Real Estate LP will be primarily made up of real estate related investments, such as limited partnerships, real estate investment trusts (REITs), exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and close-end funds.
Alitis Investment Committee
The Alitis Investment Committee sets the overall direction and strategy of the Alitis Private Real Estate LP and is responsible for making all investment decisions. The policies and procedures that are implemented by our highly experienced Investment Committee include risk controls, investment analysis, strategic asset allocation, tactical asset allocation and opportunistic acquisitions.
